Building the Go-To-Market Operating System

I have over 25 years of go to market experience in both sales and marketing roles from seed stage to public companies. During this time I had five successful exits building highly effective but efficient marketing and sales organizations. Most recently, I spent 2 years at a private equity firm working as an operating partner doing diligence, consulting engagements and interim roles. As an operating partner, the ability to look at a high volume of SaaS and software operating models significantly improved my go to market skillset around freemium, PLG, enterprise and partner driven motions. As an operating partner, I was able to build on prior experience developing frameworks for auditing go to market strategies, but also tactical areas such as budgeting, hiring, lead generation, and marketing organization.
